And the given hints are clear but.. we're going to make it even more clear for you. Take a sneak peek at the screen's name, it says Back again....
If you click the door you'll see in the window where you type the Username and Password that it has a strange word, such as...

You know you have seen that word before but... where???A hint from all fo us:, remember at the beginning of the walkthrough and the clues we warned you to write down everything? well... here's why) Remember the level with the "binary" stuff and the 1's matching the letters to make a word? YES!! level 16. The word you have seen is backwards.
Back again + a word backwards maybe tells us we should need to find a usernae and a password written backwards.. but... where to find them? well... again look at the screen name

It suggests that not only the image is being repeated... A hint from us:
Try looking on previous Usernames and Passwords and turn tthem backwards, then try them all, you should find the one that fits, maybe you could also remember the level in which this image was used for the second time....
