In this level curiously, you have two ways to solve it, of course you are expected to check and look at everything. Maybe you're thinking " if there's two solutions, then.... therefore are two paths". Well, YES!
Fortunately for you, it's quite easy first of all in each solution you have to talk to her. But... who's her? EASY! you already know her, from the last level ( Level 30 Sweden) she is s*****.
The first solution is just talk to her and ask her about the other characters in the game. how to find them? Who are the other characters?
Remember the names in the floor in some level you've already solved. Perhaps, a level before the famous elevator. Well for your fortune TWO of those names will lead you to the next level, the bad news is, both lead to the same next level.

On the other hand, the second solution is not that easy, In the second solution also, you need to call her, however you DON'T need to talk to her, just choose to figure out something, something which is hidden. Assuming you have already taken a look at the source, you must know what's hidden. Somewhere in the source, there's a phrase that says:
"thetruthishidden"
Hope you go it, well that's what you have to look at. Maybe you're wondering how, well, it is relatively easy. Since the t**** is what's hidden you must have thought the obvious ( in E.B.O.N.Y) yes t****.html will help, it'll lead you to a blank page. DON'T PANIC!!!!! look at everything you check normally, URL, source, level name, etc.
Somewhere in the source you have the answer, indeed!!! the source talks about a .jpg file, try changing the URL to the .jpg file's name. You'll see a particular image like the following

what is the word hidden in the coordinates given in the source code? I can't make it out. Is that another secret level?

I now know, so the truth is hidden so you change the URL to truth at the end, but it will lead you to a blank website, since we already know that if you messed something up we will end up in a "error" page, it's obvious that there is something there so pull the website code and you'll get a message telling you truth.jpg and then is for replace the ending of the URL with that you get vanish

There is something, or am I imagining things???
Yeah... In the picture, when you crop it to the given rectangle coordinates, there seems to be something going on with edges... there's clearly something hidden in that image, but I can't figure out what... Playing with brightness/contrast doesn't help, it seems like you need some edge detection algorithm, I've tried a few but nothing came clear...

none of this is working for me....
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that it's a decoy or a remnant of a removed level. I have played up to this level without help from a blog, stared at this part of the image in desperation for days and ended up here for that reason.
ReplyDeleteIf you flip the picture upside down, you can read those letters in (originally) top right corner. But it's the same as in 'truth.jpg'
